All prices include VAT at the current rate of 20%. Our VAT number is 884 423503.
ORDERING
Please use our online shop to place your order. Full payment is required before your order is despatched.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is accurate. Please check all details before placing your order.
PAYMENT
We accept payments via all major credit and debit cards and PayPal.
DESPATCH
We aim to despatch all orders within two working days of receipt. In the interests of the environment, we often reuse packaging providing it is strong and serviceable.

OUTLYING UK & OVERSEAS DELIVERY
Please contact us with the details of what you would like to order and full address details. We will quickly provide you with a quotation for delivery for you to approve before placing your order.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchases from us, but if that is not the case, please return the item(s) to us in its/their original unused condition and packaging within 28 days of receipt. Please don’t forget to include the documentation.
The cost of returning the item(s) to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges will only be refundable where goods are faulty.
The item(s) is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore we recommend that you use a delivery method that insures you for the value of the goods in case of loss or damage.
Your refund will be made within two working days of receipt of the returned goods.
